Shipping and Returns Policy
UKGoods does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments are subject to stock availability.
The cut off time to process an overnight order is 2:30 p.m. Goods are usually shipped within
24 hours after receiving the order. Items containing bacon, bangers or cream may be held
if they will not arrive before the weekend. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified
of an approximate ship date. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated
when an order is placed.
UKGoods STRONGLY recommends using UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Blue or US Postal Service
Priority Mail in the summer months if your order includes perishable items such as chocolates,
sweets and chocolate biscuits. UKGoods.com is not responsible for melted products due to warm weather.
Note: Orders may originate anywhere in the world, but may only be shipped within the United States.

Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner.
Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, your
purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition,
in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included. In the case of damage, items
will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they
may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture
of your refund. All product returns for UKGoods merchandise purchased on UKGoods.com must be returned to:
