UKGoods does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments are subject to stock availability. The cut off time to process an overnight order is 2:30 p.m. Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours after receiving the order. Items containing bacon, bangers or cream may be held if they will not arrive before the weekend. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified of an approximate ship date. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated when an order is placed.

UKGoods STRONGLY recommends using UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Blue or US Postal Service Priority Mail in the summer months if your order includes perishable items such as chocolates, sweets and chocolate biscuits. Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner. Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
